signals drops off when connected to _EXT

I installed for my townhouse myself, its very easy steps, is good thing. But the signal drops off though when connected to this ****_EXT wifi . this product installed in the same level as my digital modem and wifi router are there. in the same level of the house. the VPN often drops off and now worth the money. I was told by friend before but i still got it as its low price and I had some 15$ reward card to spend it on time. this is not worth the money.

Not as simple as described
