I bought this modem as a low cost way to avoid the $8/month lease fee from time Warner cable. So far it has performed beautifully. Also I love that there is a button to turn off the wifi to safe power, clever.

We needed a cable Modem with Wi-fi asap for our new place. This one got great reviews so we went to our local Best Buy to purchase it due to the online reviews. Was easy to set up, and works as advertised.

The reason we did not give it 5 stars is because the first one we purchased did not work and we had to return it. But once we got another one it worked. Good Wifi and saved us money in the long run with our Internet provider.

I bought this router for my comcast internet because I didn't want to pay the monthly rent. It's been 2 months now and the modem/router doesn't have any connectivity issues with wifi or ethernet. Would highly recommend because of the cost and its reliability.

This router/modem combo was very easy to install, and has been very reliable. The Netgear Genie app is very useful for those of us whose routers are kept in less-than-convenient areas, as you can monitor usage and reset the network from your phone. No issues so far, and it does exactly what it advertises. Streamlining our units to this 2-in-1 has the added benefit of looking neater with fewer wires and mess as well.

The modem was fairly easy to set up. Called Time Warner to complete installation. No more modem rental fees. Does not have a phone modem so I had to go to Time Warner to pick up phone modem which does not have a rental fee. Computer needed to setup wifi password.

I recently got rid of my cable providers router to save on my bill. I went to best buy and ask the sales person extractly what I wanted to do to replace my current rotuter. They recommend this particular router and it's been working fast with no problems.

The modem/router is good but tends to cut out once in awhile. I attribute the cut out of service to living in an apartment where everyone has the internet in the complex and most if not everyone is sharing the bandwidth.

I really enjoy this modem/router. Great price and it makes the job that's supposed to. At times I think my internet is not as fast but maybe this is a comcast problem more than the modem. I will recommended anyways!!

This modem/wifi combi is compatible with Time Warner Internet hence the purchase. Earlier I had the TW modem and my own wifi router. This saves desk space and also $$$ on the TW modem lease.

This is a nbice, cheap router for someone with a basic internet package, and little wi-fi usage. It doesn't have a handy reset button, but otherwise it's fully functional. And the defaiult password is simple.

Product works great and is compatible with internet service provider. No problems so far. It was easy to set up and like that it is a modem and router in 1, which saves space and money. Bought a two-year protection plan for it as well.

It's a very nice modem! I have had this modem for 2 months now and absolutley had no problems with it at all. And for the price it's unbeatable especially since it has a built in router saved me some money! I would deffintley recommend!

Works well, paired it with an old linksys wifi router for connecting all of my wired devices, great speed has guest network. cons: cannot set ip to 192.168.1.1 because that is reserved for guest network

I needed a modem for the internet. Instead of paying to rent one from cable each month, I decided to purchase my own and save money. I'm very pleased with this particular item.

This is a perfect way to avoid paying 9 dollars a month to Time warner Cable. This works great and keeps internet speeds fast in the house

Very easy to get it started and works perfectly fine. I use time warner and instead of paying them the monthly modem fee I bought this. Modem plus wifi in one device. Very happy.

perfect modem for average usage. distance reaches from house to garage also and have no trouble connecting. was almost convinced at first by sales rep to get next level up for fast speed, glad I didnt, I have no complaints!

Great product for great price. I've had the router for a couple months now & can say I am honestly pleased.

My frustration is with Comcast. This modem worked great, but I had to return it because Comcast wouldn't fully activate my service until the phone was setup. I happily don't need a phone, but it was cheaper to bundle a phone.
