I am working from home and this is the first modem/router I have purchased. Works great! The range is a bit limited if you need the wifi to reach far. Overall I have had no issues.

Faster than my old Motorola surfboard modem, and very easy to set up. Cox speeds vary which is an issue, but I can't blame this product for that. So far happy with the decision to upgrade

I was thrilled to be aable to buy a modem/router combo for a reasonable price: $99; however, I am very disappointed in its performance. I've had to call NetGear 2xs, and they wanted to sell me a maintenance package that would cost more than the product. When she said you will be able to call anytime, I said I don't want to ever have to call. I just want it to work right. Biggest issue: my remote devices frequently cannot connect to the wifi via the modem/router. I have Cox Cable, but I don't think it's their fault. Very frustrating, very difficult to get on live chat or on the phone with customer support. Frequently, their website doesn't even work to enter my s/n.

I bought this router to switch from ATT to TWC but now I am regretting that decision. The reason behind this is with ATT i was on 12 Mbps plan and i use to get roughly around 11-11.5 mps any where in the house. . But with twc and this router I only get 6 Mbps while I am sub scripted to 50Mbps. The had TWC guy come out and check it and he said yeah the router will drop the speed if you are away from the router. And I ATT never drop this much speed over the Wifi. Also, this router constantly connect and disconnect the device over the wifi as well.

Works well with Comcast, no problems. I would recommend it.

The combination modem / router is an excellent way to achieve the same result as the stand alone products, but at a third less of the cost. Both the modem and router work flawlessly with my Xfinity internet service.

Just what I needed was a dependable modem to own not rent

We needed a combination router/modemr for our comcast hookup. It was set up in our spare bedroom and seems to be working well for our tv's and internet. Would recommend it.
