Great router for the price

I have an 1800 sq ft house and I have no problem getting wireless in my house in any room. Further, more than one device can be connected without any problems.

Easy set up, great performance. Stop renting!

Easy set up, short call to TWC to give them MAC address to get activated. Easily logged in to the router to change network name and password. Also set my DNS to Google's. Signal seems to reach farther that TWC's modem.

Easy installation overall good modem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was very easy to install worked fined at first but now I get no wifi reception or get no internet connectivity from time to time called my service provider and on there behalf everything looks good so I have to constantly have to do a router reboot whever it does happen but overall it does what us suppose to do

Replaced my TW modem

Overall I like the the modem. The most I like about this modem is that you can control in via app through your smart phone. The dislike is that it only has three ethernet cable inserts. If it had more I would give it a 5 star rating.

Dont buy N300 - Complete waste of money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought N300 after reading many good reviews and thought it will be a good fit with the user experience and value for money it was offering but I was wrong. I have Comcast cable and 100 mbps but when connected through this cable-modem speed on wifi drops to 5-10 mbps. and during the peak hour it slows down further. I did called Comcast and they said they cant touch the equipment as its third party equipment and Netgears wants me to pay 200 $ for yearly subscription as its beyond 1 year warranty for them. After much of debate i have ordered new router from linkysys, hoping it may solve the issue. Becareful before you buy the product.
