great modem/router combo. Wireless connection to our home network works perfectly for five computers, one printer, and three cell phones. No hitches. Happy with our purchase!

I purchased this product for my Comcast internet service. East to setup and start, but the speed was not at all good. So, I returned the modem and purchased another one.

Excellent one I read the reviews. Good and bad. I took the risk after seeing the numerous reviews of this model having issues with it's wireless connections. I thought with myself being an IT professional that I would be able to make this work properly.

Easy to install and working well. I have had to reset the router but it was probably due to inactivity. Salesperson recommended this as a dependable basic router.

It was truly plug and go. I had called my cable provider from the parking lot because I wanted to call earlier in the day. Gave the info and when I got to work plugged it in, connected wires, waited a few minutes and Internet was restored.

This device works great for Comcast Xfinity internet. wifi signal strength is just about right for a 2-3 bedroom apartment. If you have a really big house, this might not be the product for you.

Needed a modem router to simplify life with a desktop, laptop, and chromebook. Installation was easier than expected--not even a call to my ISP was necessary. New drivers were necessary, but easy to find between Dell and Netgear.

This router is fine most of the time but I have issues every now and then. When I do have issues, it is hard to determine if it's from the router or from my internet provider (Time Warner Cable).

It works well. No need to have router, modem.router two in one, save money and easy installation. I have read review on line before made purchase, and it was also recommended by internet provider. I will recommend to friends.

This router/modem is pretty good for an average sized apartment. I get perfect internet connection and no lags from anywhere in my apartment. if you have a small to average size apartment I would say this is a great investment.

I only purchased this item because I didn't wanna pay modem lease fee to spectrum and It's been working great for my 2 br apartment. Wifi has a good signal and works even better with Ethernet cable hooked up.

After having a little trouble setting this up with my cable company (their fault, not the device), it's working like a charm. It works really well for Charter Spectrum internet and it has a pretty good range.

I would of given it a 5 but I did have problems with it or my Internet once. I had to shut it off and restart it completely. Other than that once in less than a month I'm satisfied.

Great router / cable modem combination. It only has two wired Ethernet ports, which could be a downside for some, but I've had no issues.

Not sure whether it was Comcast or device. It kept failing to give continuous connection. Ended up going for another WiFi provider.

It works great, I got the insurance in case it breaks over the next 2 years. I think it's important n great that insurance is offered on all electronics. Best buy is a great store to buy or just look around

The time when I bought this it was best available at that point of time. So far working but the WiFi signal is too weak but the modem is working flawlessly.

I love this device! I no longer have to rent a wireless router/modem from my cable company for $10 a month. It pays for itself in less than a year. It's so great I got 2 of my friends to buy it too!

It works great for me. I have TWC and a small house with not many devices connected (3 at max). Sometimes the signal shows only 1 or 2 bars on my devices, but it doesn't seem to affect quality of service.

So I was renting a modem form my cable provider (formerly Time Warner) and I decide to purchase one. I actually upgraded my Mbps' going to this unit from what they were providing, and yet my internet seems to be real slow since. I don't know if it is the product or my provider but all I know is that my wi-fi registered nearly full bars on my smart TV and now it does not. i-pad is slower as well. I'll keep digging to find out what's up. At this pint I'm not sure I can recommend it. Mmmm...
