This is a good device for standard broadband connections. Unless you have really high speed Internet connection at home, you wouldn't need anything costlier than this

Got this as requirement for my cable to be installed. It was great buy, since the cable company would have charged me $10 per month to use their modem. After 10 months, I would have save money.

Ive had no problems with this router. One time I had to reset it because I wasn't able to connect to the internet, but it was nothing major and a quick and easy fix.

Easy setup. It is nice not having a separate router. The speed is ok. Does what I need it to.

Needdd something to work with Cox cable without paying them lease price so got this modem router and it does just that. Have clocked 15-17 Mbps download speeds on my iPhone using this router.

This modem does the trick but the lights are a little too bright. Also our internet seems to run a little slower than it used to but that could be the service.

I still thinking that this product could be a little cheaper. You can't manipulate a custom IP on the interface, so you will have to stick with the 192.168.2.1

I always purchased Netgear as my modem. Never had an issue but I do I called their #800. I find their customer service reps very helpful if there's issues.

After trying to make my cable modem function with several outdated Netgear routers, this one has been proven to simplify the internet connection issue.

Previous reviews were a big plus in helping pick this product. It simply does what it is suppose to do and does it well. Have had no problems whatsoever. Easy set up and away you go.

I bought this to replace the modem/router that I was renting from Comcast. I can't tell any difference except the bill is lower. Yea!

We have had this device for awhile and have not had any problems whatsoever; has worked flawlessly. I would recommend this device for anyone in the market for a wireless router.

it's a good and fast modem-router, but not enough coverage, maybe it's good for a small apartment.

This router & modem combo is very good for small apartments. I always have very good reception in every corner of my apartment, rarely see any disconnections at all.

We are two people and use a maximum of two computers, cell phones and TVs and it works perfectly for us. The signal does not get very far but we live in a small apartment.

I bought it thinking I can connect more electronics to it than my cable one. It's a lil better.

This combination router/modem did the trick for our wireless internet needs. Just a reminder to anyone purchasing to make sure you have it plugged into a surge protector.

Good price, decent reviews so I picked it up. Now I have not yet narrowed down the issue but I am fairly certain this router is the cause of my wifi dropping every now and then. Signal is very strong from my ethernet connection even though im only 20 feet away on wifi. Might have to use my warranty sooner than I thought. Range is nothing to brag about. I live in a small 2 story condo and it doesnt reach every corner very well.

this is a great modem/wifi router for a second home that we have a slower speed(cheaper $) internet service. only there a few months a year. perfect for what we need.

This combo modem & router is working well. I had some difficulty setting it up, but Netgear's on line support talked me through it.
