    Thought this would work with Time Warner and just plug phone in but you can't do that.

    I bought this to avoiding renting Time Warner Cable's for almost $12 a month. Had trouble setting it up and even now things don't run as smoothly as when I was renting TWC's. Not sure if saving the money is worth the hassle-still up in the air about this.

    I dont like that it shuts down, and I have to reset it turn it off and turn it back on for it to start working again. I wish it would just work continuously like the one I had before. I called tech support and tech support said that it was working properly. Not too happy about the unit
