    Customer service from nether was terrible and my internet speed and access was never consistent. the moment i switched to motorola i had better customer service and internet service.

    Bought this device in an urgent situation. Purchased because it said 'Charter compatible' on the box. After trying to manage installation and failing and then a lengthy conversation with Charter, was told that it isn't compatible. GRRRR.

    I bought this product despite some bad reviews thinking how bad can it be for a small space. First of all, the product keeps freezing, I can connect to weeker xfinity hotspot from neighbours router than mine. If I walk into bathroom, the signal gets weaker. I am very dissatisfied with this product. I will contact netgear to see my options since its aleady been three months and best buy has a ridiculous 15 day return policy. By the time Xfinity came and setup my internet, my return period was over. I do not write much reviews, I was compelled to review for the pain I am going through every day with this thing.
