After the nearly seamless set up, the best part of this router is the Netgear Genie which, in addition to showing the typical network map, has a feature which lets me print wirelessly from iPhone and iPad to my HP printer which is not inherently compatible with apple devices wirelessly. That was a true bonus.

Just OK performance compared to the next lower level netgear router.

Needed to update 2 yr. old Netgear router. This router has dual bands, although I've yet to see my devices detect the 2nd band. Netflix sometimes crashes; possibly a Comcast issue, but I suspect the router is part of the problem. I plan to call Cs before my support is over, will update review if warranted.

It works good only problem is the range isn't as far as I would like

My previous wireless router sort of died. I was in need of another one as I use my network daily for various tasks and a salesperson showed me this particular router. After reading the specs, I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. I've been completely satisfied with it since I brought it home.

Got a 2 story house and it dose not get good signal on second floor.

This is a nice netgear. I is very pretty and the blue light is nice.

Overall it is a great router. Will be very useful when more things go to the 5hz channel. The genie app is easy to use and very useful. Not great for trying to stream netflix on the second level of the house. I have it wired to my entertainment center downstairs and nothing ever loses connection.

I like this unit. It serves 6 wireless devices (5 g and 1 N). Usually good performance. The only problem I have had with the unit (after replacing the first unit) is when there is a power blip, I have to go downstairs and reboot the unit. It will not reconnect with the cable modem without a hardware reset.

Netgear routers are quality across the board, and this one is no exception. The connection is fast, smooth and reliable. My only gripe is with the setup; it should be simple and seamless but it wasn't. Once past the initial connection, though, it is strong and flexible. Excellent piece of equipment.

I bought this router as my comcast router didn't provide the range i needed. Problem solved this router hits all the deadspots in the house that I had and also reaches into my backyard where I can surf the internet on my ipad and also control my sonos system as well. I highly recommend this product.

I like this product and have had no issues using it at home for personal and business needs. I work from home so I do Voice over IP and am working with Databases back at my corporate HQ all day. Never have an issue. Even have my iPad and iPhone connected and running FaceTime over it while online.

We needed a new router because our old one was starting to have problems and we were having "dead spots" with our wireless network. This one was recommended by a very helpful Best Buy employee and seems to be working much better.

This router was recommended by the IT Director for my company. He uses it in his home so I thought that was a good indication of its quality. He was right, it works beautifully, no glitches, no patches to download, great product!

The way I read the box made it sound like the whole apartment building would have access to my signal. That wasn't the case. As it is, the bar drops toward the outer edges of the apartment unit. Still works great and has a strong connection, just not what I anticipated. It gets the job done.

I was not very happy with this router. It tended to lag, maybe because of how many devices I was using. I think it would be good for someone who only runs 2 or 3 devices. It did have easy set-up, ease of use and a pretty decent price.

This item holds a charge for a long time. You can also charge multiple devices on it more than once. I have charged my phone and iPad and still had juice left in this thing. I wouldn't recommend the white color as it gets dirty and is impossible to keep clean.

It's really great for a cheap price. The only things is its kind of complicated to install since you have to do it online so it was ahassle having to connect the ethernet and all just so you could install it.but overall this works really well for me and my fanily who loves streaming media.

Have a previous model, tried as it might it wouldn’t stay connected to my wireless devices. This model has had no issues, and its better as it has 2 two NAS ports, pervious one had one.
