I love this router and it's the second one I've purchased...last one died after 2 years of hard work! I was able to transfer all my old settings and start it right up! This bad boy can download at amazing speeds even when I have 15+ devices hooked up at the same time. Love it!

I bought this to replace a "g" router that was working, but short some of bells for the newer equipment like smartphones and streaming video. I was going to have Geek Squad set it up, but they never showed so I did it. It is very robust and handles my WiFi and wire equipment great.

I bought this router with future expansion in mind. As the internet speeds up and my future electronic devices become more sophisticated, I'm sure the NETGEAR - N900 Dual Band Wireless-N Router will be capable and ready.

I needed a router for Wi-Fi and this fits my needs. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive either, but it does what it needs to do. The sales guy was very informative about my options in routers and helped me with all my questions. I decided on this one and am happy.

this router has held up well for me. I even put this thing through a flood and it survived. I run into a few issues with having to reset every once in a blue moon. Otherwise it is a great router and I love having a USB hard drive linked into the network.

I was looking for a router capable of delivering peak performance for a large house using multiple Wi-Fi connected devices. While this is an improvement from my previous router, the performance I expected wasn't there.

Netgear determined that the device was defective..

Love the router. Replaced one that was 10 years old and always dropping signal. This was easy to set up out of box. Love the guest network option and ability to share a printer or external hard drive over network.

The first one I bother kept losing connection with the Internet , then would not let me back on . I returned it and another one . So far this has been great. They gig wifif seem faster thanks the Dlink I have own.

I had lost my last router due to a storm and so far this one has done great. I haven't had any issues where I've needed to reboot it or anything. The network seems strong and stable even between two wireless devices. I've owned this for a bit over a month now.

I would recommend going with another product. Difficult to set up & to initially sync with all components in our home. We are a Mac household; possibly the unit is not 'Mac friendly'. Will probably return the unit for a refund or to upgrade to something better.

I upgraded my Netgear 300 to this Netgear 900 because I couldn't access my WiFi except in the basement where the router is located. I just got through watching Elf on my upstairs TV. It was streaming in 1080 from Amazon and the picture and sound were perfect!

No problems at all and it's been a while now. Best Buy folks either know what they are talking about or they have zero issue pulling someone over who does. :~)

Once everyone in the family received Smart phones for Christmas we needed an upgraded router for in-home use. This product provides the power for multiple user without any noticeable bandwidth reduction.

The Internet at my house is somewhat hit and miss but this router seems to be more liable than a less expensive I had before. I don't think any of the devices in my house is the 5Ghz feature because all of them only work when I connect to the 2.4Ghz option.

I always struggled to use my internet, especially Skype. It was continually disconnected. After I changed the router for this, I really satisfy. The internet is so stable and never disconnected.

I thought my ISP was simply giving me the runaround with poor service, but I decided to buy this product and what a difference. My internet access has only gone down a handful of times since I purchased when it was going down a dozen times a day!!

I am satisfied with the product. But I really did not want to pay over one hundred dollars for a router. It does work well in my home as we now have a strong internet connection in every corner . All of my devices work well including video streaming.

We installed the wireless router in seconds and all my hardware picked up on the wireless so fast and easy. My last wireless router had a hard time getting the wireless to my hardware that was on the other side of our house and this one has no issue.
