I always bought the low end wireless routers and they never performed adequately. This is the first time I purchased the high end model and the features convinced me it was the right move.

I have never bought a netgear dual band router before but I was very impressed with the one I have. It was easy to setup and I love the genie app. The genie app keeps me informed on which device is connected which I love.

I purchaced this wireless router to replace the one provided by my provider to be compatible with my phone. The instructions were poor for setting up in access mode, but i worked through it with Netgear technical support and it works well.

This has been a great item for our household. It has worked perfectly and we have a 3 story house. There is just two rooms that the wifi is still a little slow in but given the space this spans I can deal with that.

This was purchased because two new computers were purchased and the old router would lose it's connection almost every five minutes. This router rarely loses it's connection. It is a great product and doing exactly what I purchased it to do!

This router is perfect for Comcast as it replaces their router, Comcast actually recommended this router to me and I am able to eliminate the wires I had to run through the house to the living room television. connection seems to be better.

Easy setup and worked as soon as I turned it on. I check the settings and changed my password. Since then I have just used it...as it should be. It serves our 2600+ sqft home great.

This worked perfect for our parents. The use the internet so little and there 15 year old one died. They wanted to go to Walmart to buy it. I however, will only use Best Buy. I get great service and prices. Thanks BB!

I was having so many internet speed issues until I got this new router. Problems solved. I like that there's 2 different wifi's on it, so if one seems a little slower I can just switch it out. If that makes sense. I'm not tech savvy.

Installation was confusing because instructions were all pictures which does not provide adequate detail, but I eventually figured it out. The N900 has two bandwidths, but the 5MHz is half the strength of the 2MHz....why bother?

I am very happy with my netgear router. It works great and does what I need. We aren't getting constantly booted liked we had with our previous router and everyone is staying connected. Great product for the $

I actually returned this model and went with the Netgear 6300 for better range and more consistent connections. This model seemed to drop the connection to outlying computer and Xbox.

Good value for the money! Got my son to help with the set up, he is the guru, and even he said some of the instructions were confusing. Once we finished set up, my connection was better than it had ever been! Recommend this product!

I bought this router as a gift for a friend who is just beginning to use a wireless home network. The simplicity of the setup and ease-of-use is great for a network "newbie." Passwords are complex but easy to remember. Works great!

if you need help setting up, customer support is there and it work. i have a 2 story house. the signal strength doubled to the upstairs after it was up and running. a word of warning, the 5 gigabit does not work on older "n" cards..

Setup was very easy. The router ships with a unique ssid name and unique wireless password and the strongest encryption is enabled by default. It's all done for you so you don't have to do any customization (unless you want to).

Having better speed from provider coming through a new modem wasn't helpful until we upgraded our router to handle the faster speeds as well. We have confidence in Best Buy and its Geek Squad to steer us right on such items.

I service computers for a living, and this is my go-to device for clients at the moment. I use it personally, and mine holds a 1TB hard drive connected to it, which serves media throughout my network. It's very dependable.

I have yet to have any issues with this and I am loving the connection upgrade speed since replacing my old unit. I would highly recommend this product. I am not really tech savvy but this rocks. I installed it my self and love it
