    Modem needs to be plugged in to specific port in order to work. Did not see anything about this in the instructions. Ended up wasting a lot of time and aggravation. Even my internet consultant did not know this was the case. Planned to return but Geek Squad person was able to guide us in correct operation. Worked fine once we got it all figured out.
