I was using a linksys router before and it was holding back the internet speed so I decided to buy a new router. This router actually boosted my internet speed, I got it thinking it wouldn't do anything at all but it was well worth the money.

Geek folk helped me select this product, installation was easy, works like a champ. Had a little trouble with Windows 10 incompatibility with shortcut to web stuff, but support person was superb, and the next update handled the issue.

Had to rush out to get a new router when 1.5 year old CISCO router died in order to work from home. Read quick reviews online which pointed to this router and of course much more expensive ones. Bought it, set it up in no time and back running.

Really boosted the signal in my parents 1,200 Ft. Sq. House. Made Mom happy to be able to stream Netflix in her bedroom, as well as being able to read from her Nook. Great Router if you don't have a lot of devices to hook up to it.

Great product, very easy to use, and powers through the thick walls of my house. Recommended by a friend. Nice speed increase over my previous G-band.

Bought this router because my old Linksys seemed sluggish and the wireless range didn't make it up to the second floor from the basement (where the router is). After installing the Netgear (VERY simple, by the way), not only did my devices on the second floor have full signal strength but they were also working at the Xfinity high speeds I am paying for but not quite receiving. Buying this saved me from wasting $100 on a wireless extender as well.

Easy setup and a great router to use. I was able to just plug it in and replace my old driver. Naming the wireless network the same as my previous and setting the WiFi Key to be the same kept me from having to re-setup all my devices.

Needed to be able to use other laptop n back bedroom/office. Tried a Wi Fi extended, but that did not work. Dual band router not only solved the bedroom/office problem, but allowed me to use my Nook across street from house.

I purchased this router as a replacement for our older router at one of our stores. Once we hooked it up the internet was extremely faster than before. Great device, 5 stars!!

It does increase signal from second story (my Office to my Sisters bedroom in the basement. I'm glad the associate had knowledge about routers and recommend this one. It has a feature that I can use in the future. Very happy....

I bought a different brand first. It was not an easy set up and it did not work as I needed. I took it back and bought this product. No issues setting up and it works great. It was the same amount of $ that I paid for the other.

attached a smart TV via cable and several Smart phones and laptops to it. I have WiFi almost on the other side of the street (50m away) No problems in my house. I stationed the device in the living room (center of the house).

I have purchased several wireless routers over the years and this one was the easiest to setup. It took 15 minutes and I was up and running. I setup a main account and a guest account. It has ran flawlessly for the last 5 weeks

I had to ditch my old Linksys wrt54gt because it was being a bottleneck on my new internet speed. While doing some research I heard great things and saw great reviews on this Netgear, so I decided to give it a shot. Totally happy with it, easy setup, its dual band (5GHz and 2.4GHz) enabled much better signal strength at the house and it took 10 min to get it up and running. The USB port is awesome as it allows me to share an external HD or a printer through the router. Have had it for 2 months and love it.

I bought this to replace a wireless router at home that crapped out. The install was simple, and install software was easy to use, and thorough. I was up and running again very quickly. The range of the wireless is excellent.

I was looking for an upgrade in speed from my previous router, and this one was affordable and plenty powerful. It was easy to set up as well.

It works great the internet in my house is faster, although my sons room is not the greatest speed but that is due to living in an old building I think it blocks the service.

Easy set up and installation - good 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz coverage. Easily connect smartphones, MacBook, iPad, and laptop. Only problem was finding AirPrint from Apple devices using the 5 Ghz channel (only works at 2.4 G hz)

I needed a router that could give me stream less wifi throughout my house with all the gaming consoles and other wifi devices we have. This Netgear router has been able to keep up with all my wifi needs and is easy to use.

Overall the device works very well, with excellent range and performance. We get great signal strength at the far corner of the home from where this is located, and it has a sleek, chic appearance. The only knock I have on it is that it has to be re-started maybe once a day when the radio signal is broadcast, but is not actually working. Aside from that I would absolutely recommend it. Fair price compared to the other competitors.
