We made a few calls to our internet provider after getting the router, modem, and computer set up, but nothing they could do seemed to help us get internet service. Actually dismantled the new router and had it back in the box to return, thinking it was somehow faulty. But one last try and we discovered that in order to have a complete connection, a USB cable is required (not included in box). Wish the box had indicated this...would have saved a lot of time and frustration. All better now!

No real problems so far with router does what it is supposed to do. Some difficulty connecting it to old BlueRay player but may be more of a problem with age of player.

The setup for this product was extremely easy. It walked me through the process and did most of it on its own. I have been using it for 1 month and am very happy with it.

I had a Linksys (Cisco) Router which failed for the third time. My exasperation convienced me to replace it. I had previously had installed a Neatgear wireless extender as the Linksys router would not cover our entire house. So I bought a Netgear N900 router. The instalation was very easy. The Neatgeat Extender picked up the signal so easily that I suspect I probably could eliminate the extender. Excellent product and excellent company.

I bought this to replace another wireless router that didn't work as well. This product works great for all of our devices (multiple iPads, cell phones, and game systems)

Router easily installed. It didn't provide the increased coverage I had hoped for, but an extender did the trick there. I like the dual band. All my gadgets work well.

I have had good service from any Netgear products. Fast router and it is very easy to install with your computer system.

Easy to use/setup. So far we've had no issues with this router. Have never had any issues with Netgear products in general and am faithful that this trend will continue.

Routers handles wireless load well and with great speed. Ethernet port lets you connect to wired connections pretty fast.

Found a rave review in the Chronicle Tech section and went with their suggestion. Could not be more pleased with its performance and its ease of installation.

We use this router for everything from video games and netflix to surfing the internet. It has not disappointed us yet.

Supports my comcast sf signal, 802.11n, very easy to set up. If you need to use a repeater/range extender, it's handy to have the separate 2.4 and 5 GHz channels

So far so good. Switched from DSL to Cable and was a little worried that it wouldn't be a smooth transition. I was so wrong. This Broadband wireless router works so well, I don't even have to think about it. It seamlessly connects to all computers and handhelds. And it is the fastest internet I've ever had. My kids are finally not grumbling about their video or other apps stopping and sputtering. Well done Netgear!

Bought the router when my old Cisco died. Had no problems with it's operation. We have numerous wireless devices in 3600 sq. ft house. The coverage is excellent.

Liking to make sure you don't lose signal and have many things connected to WiFi this is the device constant connectivity and best signal strength to all devices

Came highly recommended & it lives up to the hype. Has really helped with internet speed, even even even when multiple devices are being used at the same time.

I like that it still has fast speeds with multiple devices hooked up to it. Its a great router for the right price.

Bought this wireless router to replace a router/modem provided by Charter that I was being charged a monthly fee for. It has everything that I needed including 4 Ethernet ports and 2 usb ports. It was extremely easy to set up. I am no expert setting up routers but it was very easy with no problems. The Netgear is MUCH better than the cable provided router. It has a great signal to everything in my house that uses wireless, including a laptop, a smart phone, Blu-ray player, and a smart TV. The signal is great anywhere in my 1500 sq. ft. house and even works great outside in the yard. Great product.

Great router! My wireless internet is much faster. Not much help from netgear support you pretty much have to figure out things yourself but it's not difficult

Old router was slow and finally went out. The Netgear has been awesome, we can have up to 10 devices working at the same time, phones, iPad, Xbox , etc.
