I bought the to extend the range of my current wifi router and it's been great

After two days trying to set up another brand....I had this working in minutes

love how fast it works, can use multiple devices at once and doesn't slow down

Have had Belkin, Netgear and Hawkin routers. None provided whole house and deck coverage - have not found any dead areas. Download speeds are great for all of my needs, including TV and movies off internet.

While I am a bit tech savvy I am by no means a network administrator or IT professional. But from my experience I feel this is a strong router, with ample set up features, yet simple enough to use that it doesn't require much from those who what simple fast reliable internet. One feature I like about this router that some people might not understand at first, is the fact that it is build to stand upright. My OCD self would love to tuck this thing away inside the cabinet with the rest of the tech stuff I have, but the purpose for the stand is so that the device is much more likely to get much needed circulation. These things need to breathe if you want them to last more than a year. I like that they designed it in a way that if it needs to stand up it also looks kinda sleek and a little flashy. Overall I think this is a well built router, and I like that you can control settings with the available smart phone app.

I bought one and had to deal with customer service of netgear and they were very poor, found out the first unit I purchased was a bad unit, not Best Buy fault. Got the exchange and setup was easy, and simple. whole house getting great speed on devices and connection
