    Bought this to replace asus router that server me well that stopped working after a power surge. since I use wired connections for a majority of my devices and wireless only for a couple of mobile devices I found this to be a right fit for my requirements/budget. Have been using this for about 2 months now without any issues.

    I bought the WNDR4500 from BestBuy on March 13th and set it up and running and using on March 14th. I first had to configure my AT&T dsl modem by copying the info from AT&T support page and carrying out that procedure. Then I just followed the directions for my Netgear router setup and everything fell into place and play. I have not turned off the router since I set it up. I do turn off the wireless broadcast button as I use the wired gigabit connections the most at this time. Everything works and I have had no problems and have not had to contact any live support! I only had to update the unit just once by internet.
