We are very pleased with this wireless router. It is much better than our old one. We have home security and the Belkin wouldn't play the video and we receive a clear, crisp video with this router.

Best Buy priced matched this model to a lesser priced model I was intending to order online from a competitor. Cable company made router connection for new service without any issues. Works great!

Excellent wireless router. previous one was over 2 years old and could not keep up with our devices. Salesman was great and gave me a choice of 2 routers. I have had no problems installing or using.

To who it may Concern. I purchased the Net Gear N900 Dual Band Gigabit Router, I have three rooms in my apartment, when I am going into another room this item has a poor connection, many times it will disconnect my Skype call. It is very frustrating for me. The Best Buy Sales person said I should have no problem with this unit. Ops not so. I have to now go and purchase a stronger more powerful unit. Other wise it works ok if I am in the same room....

Several ports for Ethernet connections and 2 band for wifi allows you options to split the demands and prioritize your equipment. Leaps and bounds ahead of the 8 yr old router/modem I just replaced

Bought this to replace a 6 year old a/b router. The range is huge, almost 300 feet. The speed is great, no video buffer.

Bought this NETGEAR - N900 Dual Band Wireless-N Router with 5-Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch because I started new service EPB fiber Optics, It has done its job very well, has not missed a beat.

I had a netgear router that lasted about 4 years which was pretty decent so I decided to get another netgear product expecting that it would be much better than my old router. To my surprise no improvement was seen. Also, my HP laptop does not connect too well (disconnects every 5 mins) to this new router which never happened before but every other devices have no problem. This is not something I would recommend, especially when it costs $100.

It's just my roommate and I, so this is perfect. It has great distance. I was walking my dog on the next street, and I checked my phone. I still had 2 bars from the wifi. I was impressed.

When I first got a wireless router, I only had a laptop to route through it. Now I have several devices and needed more capacity. The Netgear N900 should handle my needs for some time to come.

Had to get new router due to too many devices being used in our home so based on employee recommendation purchased this one and have had no problems. I was worried about setting it up but it went fast and was super easy. I even downloaded an app and can turn off internet on my phone for the guest access which enables me to make sure my kids are not using it after bedtime.

I had purchased a router and modem in one. I wasnt getting a consistent signal. So, I turned my router/modem into just a modem and purchased this router. Everything has been working great now.

For the price you can't get better 802.11n dual-band home WiFi. Some nice features for more advanced users. Easy setup for the amateur. Can be enhanced with DD-WRT firmware. Keep in mind that this is not an 802.11ac (the latest standard) router. It can also be used as a WAP as well as a WiFi bridge with another Netgear unit. Keep the firmware up to date -- especially if you have any intermittent drops. Netgear is good about fixing problems with firmware updates.
