Easy to set up, has good range, a fast connection and was a good price. What more can you ask for?

Recently purchased this router due to switching cable providers. Did run into a connection problem, however it was quickly resolved with technical support from NETGEAR.

Great unit. Easy set up. Range is great. Unit is good looking. Needs to have an wall mount option.

Purchased this router to support 10+ devices. We were able to connect our cell phones, tablets, TV's and computers without any issues. We also setup a guest network.

This item was sold to me by Geek Squad as they determined my old router was not working correctly. I have had no problems since the installation a few weeks ago.

Bought this to increase distance, but still less than desirable. If distance is the goal and there are mucheck walls in between then maybe look into a wifi extender.

Works very well except for parental controls. Parental controls require an account that will not accept any of the various alpha numerical entries submitted.

Short and simple this router is packed with features and is a solid performer. I have had over 10 routers in my time and this one is the best. No issues that I can see. The 2.4 and 5 Ghz antennas are great for seperating high performance devices and an antenna for guests and not so important devices to abuse. Would happily buy again.

This wifi router is much better than our previous router, giving consistent connections throughout most of the house. The verticle stand makes it easy to hide behind the monitor instead of taking up valuable desk space. Along with a wireless connector, I can access the internet from my (ancient) desktop in another room, also a Netgear product recommended to work well with the router. Correct advice.

Unit performs very well but I have experience some issues in regard to set up of the various components of my network. Still trying to work out all the kinks.

Bought this netgear n900 router to replace my aging Linksys. The setup wizard made installation very easy, determined my type of internet service automatically and was up and running in few minutes. Big change from last experience which required hour of online inquiries and finally frantic call center intervention. Also wifi range of much improved and covers most of ranch home.

The N900 is an excellent product for the price. I have a two story home with a Basement with the N900 on the Top Floor the Kids still have excellent connection speeds in the basement (Two Stories Down). The N900's USB ports make it easy to share data on an attached USB Hard Drive. I like the dual band feature its like having two wireless routers in one. You can also limit network access with the Guest Networks.

Great for the price, ease of getting it going....reaches all places in my large home.

Returned a linksys router and had to get this. My only complaint is that I tried to change the IP address range from the stock 10.0.0.* to 192.168.11.* and it completely almost bricked. I now have to reset my entire network of static ip addresses to something different. I'm hoping to turn off the DHCP and DNS to have my Linux server handle that and will let y'all know. Overall I'm happy with it but it's been a pain in the butt trying to change my entire network.

The Netgear N700 wireless router I had for about four years started resetting itself over and over again and had become unusable. After a bit of research, I decided to "upgrade" to the Netgear N900 router which supposedly had better wireless range. The router works but the wireless range is no better than the N700. If you want a Netgear router save some money and just get the N700

We needed to replace our router, and had the earlier version of this Net Gear. We were very happy with the old one and am equally happy with this new one.
