    I have a medium sized home circa 1917 and my old router died. This new router was for a large house. It may be my lathe and plaster walls, but the speed for viewing entertainment seems to be the same as my old one (loading, etc). I have it wired into my 1yr old tv (not wireless) so not sure why it isn't faster. However, it isn't a deal breaker since it doesn't buffer during the showing. The great thing is how simple and easy the installation is. Couldn't be more pleased with that function.

    Got this router to replace old one which was giving us problems getting on line and losing connection, The Netgear unit was easy to hook up directions are clear.

    I needed something to handle my 3 laptops. Roku box, 4 iPhones, and my 3 iPads. This router has performed extremely well. Very fast and reliable. If you have a big family of devices, then you've got the right device.
