set up was easy, i am able to recieve a signal anywhere inside and outside the home, very satisfied with the purchase!

To start off, installation was a breeze. In no time I was up and running. So far product has exceeded my expectations.

Device was very easy to setup, fast speeds across my network. NetGear Genie is very helpful for beginners. Great product.

Had a Net Gear N600, lasted years with good coverage, switch to N900 and signal is a lot stronger and faster!!!!

This router installed easily. It performs flawlessly. The router has exceded my expections. I tried to get the Genie to work, but it always says the internet is disconnected when in fact it is connected. I contacted support and the technician told me that I could just do without the Genie, so I hid the icon on Windows 7. I have tried to get the Genie to work, but after many attempts it still doesn't work properly. It is easier to just logon to the site to see what is running. Otherwise my rating would be 5 Star.

This was easy to hook up, manual needs downloaded. it comes with a quickstart book. It has 4 wifi connects.and are password protected. I was glad it had a quest account and creating the password for it was easy, i didn't try to change the other passwords from the default ones. I wish i knew more about this because it does a lot of things but i am not techy. it has usb ports. it handles multiple gadgets with no problems. Very slim and takes up very little room on desk.

I am very grateful for the assistance of KAMAL @ BB, Harrison St., SF. He is the person who told me that I first had to call COMCAST and have them turn off the router internal to their modem. I did ... and they did. Hooked up the new router and, voila, suddenly got 40-70 mbps on entire house wifi. No more dead spots. THANKS TO KAMAL! P.S. Please give Kamal a raise!

Super price! Have always used NetGear but this by far is the best unit series we have owned. Simple, right out of the box installation with loads of power. We have 5 laptops, 5 iPhones, 3 blueray DVD units and several kids friends that tap into the system and there is no issues with speed or performance. Highly recommend.

During the installation, I had a problem, that I later found was my cable modem. Due to this I lost an hour of my life on the phone with a woman in India. She was reading from a script and was hard to understand. I gave up and was going to return the unit when I decided to replace my cable modem which was a docsis 2.0, with a newer docsis 3.0 unit. The next day I started the installation again and it was flawless. I have since recommended it at work and one has been installed there as well, with no problems. The one at home has been in use for about 60 days with no problems and superior speeds to the Linksys that I had before this one. Power outages, which always caused me to have to reboot the router, have taken place and the router is back functioning when power is returned, without me having to do anything. I feel like I made the best choice of what Best Buy had to offer.

What a great router. Set up was fast and easy. Speeds are phenomenal. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

This is my second Router ( same one ) purchased from Best Buy as a gift and I still have the first one still working 24/7 like an animal nonstop with no issues for more then a year now. My friend was going through routers and I was tired of hearing his stories concerning them dying so I purchased this beast of a Router that will surpass his exceptions and save an hour conversation about them. Like I said Product Price Performance I would buy them for everyone I know.

I bought it to try out and see after purchasing 2 other ones that didn't work well. So far so good and going.

My home is about 1300sf. I get full bars throughout my whole house. Easy to setup. Nice looking router.

It was so easy to plug in and attach immediately. The speed is fine and I have had no problems with it.

This unit replaced an earlier version of a Netgear router. Appears to cover a broader area. Easy setup.

Great router. Easy Web page setup. Signal strong. Running Server 2011, three Desk tops, 2 laptops, Xbox, 2 Roku's, and four Iphones with no problem. Negative, UpnP does not work good. Works when it wants to. Server setup with UpnP, but had to enter setup and manually set port forward when it was already set with UpnP. Same with Plex and wintv 7. Works great now. Overall seems to do what I need it to do. Broadcasts wireless on two separate channels, 2.4g and 5g. is a waste. I'm not sure how many devices support 5g yet, but its presence in this router means no worries when we upgrade devices.

Wife and I split up so I went I the local Best Buy. Told the young man that I needed something even a moron could get it started .The X did all of our computer set up so I didn't have a clue what this thing did but send out a signal. I have 60 g's with my internet supplier and the old unit wouldn't even put out. So thought I need a little more power. It took me 5 minute to get it going and wow what a change . More than enough speed :)

Steady signal and speed. Very happy with my acquisition. Also holds strong signal without loss of speed.
