    The service that I received WAS DEPLORABLE!!!! We have bought a laptop & a fitbit. Your service people refused to program the fit bit that I bought for my Wife on Mother's Day. It was advertised they would do so. When I gave ti to my Wife she did not know how to program it so she took it back & bought it from someone else THAT did program it for her. Beaumont needs some help.

    I bought this to update my D-Link and LinkSys technology. Even though this one is new and the lastest and greatest, I did not have a stronger signal even 2 rooms away in a medium sized house. So, I had to buy a router extender, which helped a good bit. Side note - don't call Best Buy for help when your router extender doesn't boost the signal much. Even though I got an email from Best Buy about free tech support for 30 days after purchase, the only response I got was to go to the store and buy another one. Right. Not helpful at all. Definitely not a Geek Squad qualifier.
