Great Range extender

Doubles my WiFi range!

The master bedroom in the back was getting a very weak signal. I popped this extender in the middle of our home (our living room) and now I can access WiFi at the back of the house and even in the backyard! Good stuff.

Works Well For Me
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am extending my Cable wireless Router with this and there were a lot of configuration options that I tried so that I would be able to properly control the types of devices that connect to this or the other routers that I have. This all worked well regardless of the variations that I made. I did NOT upgrade the software yet, because a lot of people complained about that upgrade. I guess I will have to see if that upgrade creates a problem in the future.

Configuring was relatively simple. However I could not get the WPS (WiFi Protected Setup) to work with my Netgear router but logging in and using the browser menu worked smoothly, I love that this seemlessly rebroadcast the same SSID and does not need a new SSID created like other Net Extenders.

Connectivity issues and poor coverage

I also have Netgear router. It was working well for a week or so but then started having issues with connectivity. Having to power cycle it once or twice a day. It works well when working but with the connectivity issues, it’s unreliable.
