I am still struggling with the right location
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really don't know the effect this Netgear - Nighthawk Ac1900 Dual-band Gigabit Wi-fi Range Extender has done. My down load speed dropped and not able to see Netflix, it was streaming in the infinite loop, stuck at 25%. I have to change the name may be having some collision with the existing router. I have not find out the real problem, wish they could have better easy documentation for non technical people.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the setup - I followed the directions but ultimately had to contact tech support - who, while helpful and courteous, walked me through a DIFFERENT setup procedure. I never did understand why the setup procedure included with the device did not work.
