    It worked great at first but we had to return it since it stopped working after a month or so. The return process was complicated - Bestbuy didn't take it and we had to contact the manufacture. After numerous phone calls they sent us a new one which is a different model. So far it works well.

    Every time we start to use our streaming services, we generally have to unplug the router/extender to get the station to work. We have to do it at least once a day. We tried to call Customer Service when we got it and we couldn’t reach anyone. We don’t know what to do about it. It was installed properly. It could be the router isn’t good.
