This is not the first time I purchased this model extender. I needed to cover multiple rooms inside a rather large building. This extender gives great coverage and allowed me to wire an additional extender to it to reach other sections of the same building. The signal remained strong even through some constructions that gave other extenders difficulty.

This extender has work great so it’s been smooth sailing.

Can't believe the power of this extender. Not only do I have a strong signal through out my home be it extends well beyond my yard. Easiest extender I have ever used and I have had many. I had a netgear orbi system until a power surge took it out and this puts it to shame! So sorry I waited my money on the orbi system. This thing rocks.

Paired this extender with my NetGear router for my home office and connected my desktop via an Ethernet cable. Went from 3 bars and off / on connectivity to solid, fast, reliable streaming. Had it about a week and it's been 100% solid. Zero problems!

I bought this for my office and range is excellent. Setup is quite easy and signal is strong.

It has a very expensive range, with no drop in signal at all. Was very easy to set up.

Love my extender works amazing. Love I would recommend it to anyone who needs to cover a great distance I use it at my business

I had a cable modem/router I installed but it did not have the coverage I wanted. I was advised by the sales person that this would be exactly what I needed. He was right! Very simple set up and it works like a champ. Had 23% signal strength and it went up to 100% signal strength after installation. I was so impressed with it I bought another one for my unattached garage!

This Range extender has done what it's supposed to. I now have service on opposite side of home

Easy to setup. Does great job of amplifying signal and rebroadcasting. Just need to be aware that if the original signal being broadcast is not stable and solid, the amplified bandwidth will also be unstable. the original signal I am amplifying is not very consistent, so I dont always have good bandwidth. not an issue with the extender though.

My wife and I were interested in extending the range of our Wi-Fi to our yard. I landed on purchasing the NETGEAR - Nighthawk AC1900 Dual-Band Gigabit Wi-Fi Range Extender based on a conversation I had with the Best Buy associate. We couldn't be happier with this purchase. Installation was very straightforward and the resulting extended range of the Wi-Fi was greater than we expected.

I purchased this one after having difficulty with reception in the home. I now have reception in all of the areas that I want. The only draw back is trying to get a Samsung Smart TV to hook up to it. After several hours of talking to Netgear support and Samsung support and not resolving the issue I searched Google.com and determined that I needed to change the DNS setting on the TV to 8888. It works perfectly now.

Fantastic and extremely easy to set up..... I connected my smart devices (phones and ipads) to the 5g extended only.. Wanted the fastest speed. If you choose the 2g extended (unless it is an older device) it may default to the slower one. So therefore I only connected the 5g extended. Great, solid product.. ;)

I bought this extender because of a few dead spots in my home that resulted in low to no wireless signal. I could not download movies in multiple rooms, and could not even use wireless on my cell phone. I even got a new router, which still didn't solve the problem. Only after I bought this extender, was my house completely wireless. I am able to stream music, download movies much faster, and have a strong wireless signal anywhere in my house (and outside). I had a small cheap extender before which was useless. I would highly recommend this extender to anyone who thinks their router is not strong enough.

So easy to set up and start using- we have no technical background and were able to set this up in less than 15 mins. Our house is pretty big and one of these sends a signal all the way to the backyard- just make sure you point the antennae were you want to amplify, it makes all the difference.

Installation was easy and range is great. However, there is a significant lag and my ring doorbell has missed people.

Prior to getting this WiFi extender, my Wifi connections would buffer and cut out if I went to the basement or backyard. When I added the WiFi extender, the connections were stronger and the buffer issues went away. The signal was boosted to outward two houses to either side of me and even across the street through brick walls. I would definitely recommend.

One of the best features of this router is the ability to set multiple channels with separate access codes. Channels can be set to allow access to my home network and others can be set for visitors that allows access only to the internet. This wireless router gives me coverage on my cell phone all the way to the street, and streams Netflix and Pandora without interfering with other network traffic. Great!

While this extender does do a good job of extending your network and appears to be fast, setting it up is a real pain. Even now I want to change the password of one of the channels but the only way to do that is to reset the entire thing and start over (as far as I can tell). They tell you to use a network manager and give you a link to manage it but the link doesn't go anywhere unless you are setting it up from scratch.
