It barely works but it is 50 ft away from the router.

Sadly, the extender quit working on an intermittent basis over several weeks, causing connected wifi devices reliant on the extender to go from very good to fair or marginal. Maximum download speed way under the Gig of speed I pay for. Problem gradually worsened over several weeks. Had higher hopes for this manufacturer.

I admit up front my hands were tied as I showed up to install something not realizing that I would need an extender/bridge. I had to go to Best Buy and this was ll they had. The setup is awkward, the choices are limited. Crashed a lot during setup, Did not allow mulitcast to pass from the parent network, DHCP request were blocked from the wired ports once configured. I dont normally even review items like this but because my experieice was so poor I felt I should. When I was able to get back to an area where I could pick something more practical, I settled on an Asus Wireless-300, same network, same config much better result.

i can hardly tell but it does work. but sometimes our internet is still slow.

When it works it's great. I have to keep resetting it by unplugging because I loose the 2G output.

Like it better then my old wifi extender! Good thing I bought this one but it's a little pricey!

not very user friendly, you cant use the feature of the mesh system if you use an external DHCP server. it has to use its own DNS which is very slow. i wasnt very impressed

I could not get this to work, even with Netgear's support. It connected once, but interfered with the WIFI signal for all of my android devices. Android devices could only connect to WIFI if I shut the range extender completely off. Netgear told me to do a "reset" which I did -- now, it doesn't work at all - it does not send out any WIFI signal even though the lights are all green. I wouldn't recommend this product. I appear to be stuck with it as it is past the 14 days to return it.

Wanted to use this to boost the signal across the house but it wasn't worth the money

Does extended our signal maybe 10 foot and I expected more than that for the price

I normally purchase Linksys, the sales person talked me into this Netgear and i reqret it all the way. I took it back when it went bad and went and got my new Linksys AC200 and is soooo much better performace. My internet was hitting speeds i was paying for.

Wish it worked better. It works ok then stops and you need to reset it every few days

Bought this to fix a dead zone in my house. Tried this one, and others, but have not been able to find a solution. Giving this 2 stars because it didn't work,but also its bulky and unatttactive. As I assembled it I questioned if all that plastic severed a function, or if they could make it a lot smaller and less obtrusive.

This is okay the signal is not as strong as we need

I am still getting “poor” WiFi connectivity although it is within 10 feet
