This thing has been an extreme blessing. Range is great and it was very easy to set up. It revealed a set up is I had in my set up which made my connections even better. Best purchase ever.

I have a 1400 sq foot split level house. The entertainment room is on the lower level. All the wired electronics are down there that require internet access so it made sense to put the NightHawk R7000 router. I was hitting a dead spot in the upstairs bedroom as well as out on the front porch and the back deck. I installed the AC1900 upstairs and all my worries went away. Before it would die as soon as you walked on the deck, now I can walk all around the yard and not lose a bar. It was really easy to connect to my existing Nighthawk and haven't had a problem since. Highly recommended.

This replaced a wall plug Netgear extender. This extender puts the old one to shame. I can't believe how much further the wifi signal travels. It retains speed a lot further than the main router does.

Excellent addition to your home wifi network for increasing the strength of Signal to areas not with a good signal. Works very well for my scenario. Very easy to install and setup.

If you have xfinity’s crapoy wireless router this will make your weak signal a thing if the past. Extended my range an sped up my internet. Nice easy setup too.

Based on the recommendation of the BestBuy salesperson, and a little bit of online research, I purchased a Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 to improve the WiFi coverage in my house. I have a ranch style house with a full basement and there were dead spots in the basement and at far ends of the house. Currently using an Actiontec C1000 with CenturyLink DSL. Setup was as simple as pressing the WPS button on the Actiontec and paring it to the Nighthawk. Placed it downstairs and am now getting full signal strength not only downstairs, but at the far ends of the main floor as well! Just had to select the 2GEXT or the 5GEXT (extensions) to the primary WiFi network... Even uses the same WPS2 password!

This WiFi extender works very well. Easy to set yep in about 5 minutes or so. Placed centrally it reaches every corner in my home. The best buy clerk was absolutely correct in his assessment of this product.

I bought this device to over come the weak signal I was getting from my netgear router. The signal had to pass through several walls that contained a lot of metal and nearly to the other end of my house. With the Nighthawk I was able to get a very strong signal through my whole house and even out into the yard with no problems.

I placed this extender in my front room and my neighbors next door have full signal from the other side of their house. Was simple to setup and works like a champ. I am very pleased with this item.

This is very good range extender I was having trouble getting a signal to the far end of the house, now have a great signal and fast speed.

Bought this item for my son's room on the opposite side of the house from where the router is. My 13 year old son took it out of the box and set it up within minutes before I had even known he had it. So easy to set up that a child can do it. Besides that, he has used it and it has worked great. He connected his computer and XBox to the LAN on the WiFi extender and uses it for gaming mostly. I researched a few and wanted one that higher speed for gaming and had the LAN for older items that do not have WiFi. This item met all requirements and I would gladly purchase another in the future.

Setup was easy. Love using the iOS app to make changes to my system on the fly. Works well with my Xbox Live account. Haven't had any real issues connecting for online play.

Great range. Used this with a powerful Linksys router and got a strong signal about 100 feet away from the router. However, the networks can not have the same name (between router and repeater).
