A little difficult to set up, but since the initial setup it's been solid.

I was looking for something to strengthen the signal upstairs and outside my two story house. This works great. The only problem I had was in the installation- had to get assistance by telephone because the instructions with the product were useless.

Even though this is marketed as an extreme awesome piece of equipment, it is a pretty simple device. It is great if you are looking for a plug and play device, but it is poor if you are an advanced user who isn't afraid to go into a settings page.

I bought this as a doorbuster a week ahead of the actual Black Friday. This is one of the models that Samsung manufactures in big quantities ahead of the holidays - they are generally very similar to one of their regular models, minus a few features. As far as I can tell, the only differences between this and the regular MU6300 model are that the 6290 has a more basic remote control, and it is not Bluetooth-ready. Otherwise it appears to be the same TV. That said, I have no idea what else they might have skimped on inside the machine, but everything looks good to me. If you can live without a fancy remote and bluetooth, then you might as well save yourself $100 while you can. I gave it 4 stars because it has no analog audio output for my old hi-fi system. Converter is around 10 bucks, not a big deal. It also failed to find any local channels, of which there are 4 that other TVs find just fine with my antenna.

I was having printing problems due to weak signal - router downstairs and wireless printer upstairs. I bought this at Best Buy after talking with Sales person there. It wasn't hard to set up, and I immediately got a much stronger signal for printer; problem solved !

I bought this because one side of my house just wasn't getting any wifi. This thing is awesome and has allowed for the whole house to get wifi service and at the speed we are paying for finally. Before getting this we were only getting 25 mbps and now we are getting 100 mbps.

Bought this to improve an older NetGear extender due to distance from router. Only set it for 2.4 as I was looking for range with stability for printers, Ring Doorbell, basement water detectors and smoke alarm or ocassional smart phone, iPad, and laptop use when further from the main router which is both 2.4 and 5. Very strong and reliable. I did not update the firmware based on many other reviews that had issues after updating.

Very easy setup and works great. I get a clear 2g and 5g signal in the basement now. My only complaint is that my nighthawk router has a convenient setting that makes only one network show instead of separate networks for the 2g and 5g - then whatever you connect determines which to use automatically. This range extender splits that back out so now I see 3 networks- the original and an extended 2g and 5g. I would really prefer to see only one, but that is a minor annoyance. I got a deal on this extender and am happy with the performance.

I was able to extend the range of my Wi-Fi to the other end of the house. (Two-story cape cod). The signal is very reliable through the extender, it has not disconnected from the router. The setup was extremely easy to do - following the instructions.

My router is connected to a hub in my basement and it wasn't giving me the output I needed for majority of my Wi-Fi appliances. With purchasing the Netgear nighthawk I immediately saw a difference in my signal bars for all of my equipment in receiving Wi-Fi. SCORE!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall this range extender is amazing. Our WiFi signal now reaches the street which is perfect for streaming music in the front yard. The simple setup process is a breeze. The only issue that I have with this extender is that it is not a seamless hand off between the main network and the extended network. Any time your devices move from one to the other is has to obtain a new IP even though the SSID is the same. Overall though I am very pleased with this unit and would highly recommend it.

We bought this to get wi-fi from one end of 3400 sq ft home to the other across apparently solid walls. The extended network(s) now cover the entire house. The online interface is also very easy to use.

I have always been impressed with Netgear products and this wireless gateway is no exception. Easy to setup and configure and it works as advertised. Using it as an AP now but when I upgrade my router I'll turn it into an extender.
