    Bought this for my small business. Our office is old and has a strange layout. Some of our machines and devices would drop WiFi in certain locations. This is probably overkill for my square footage, but the price was cheaper than some other extenders with less range. So far no complaints.

    Nighthawk is good for extending the WiFi rception when the reception is poor. I had to change services supplier to a better one, and Itheir range was much better. So I had to return Nighthawk for a refund.

    I bought this booster because my router is downstairs and we had a weak signal upstairs at the far end of the house, after reading the directions it only took about 10 minutes to set up and then move to the desired location, the only drawback was the 5k signal not as strong as the 2.4k

    This worked perfectly. My default router works great but was not able to give me the range that I want throughout my house. Now that I have purchased the Netgear nighthawk there aren't any areas around my house that I cannot get wifi. I'm able to stream football games from the living room to the back yard.
