I installed the extender and it worked fine right away. I have no complaints. It works fine and maybe even better than my old one that proved to be defective.

Overall it performs pretty well. The setup is a little tricky and it requires to be rebooted every couple of days.

At this time it seem to be working great for us, I did have to have the Geek Squad come out to set it up for me so there was a delay in using the Extender after I had purchased it.

We had been having problems with our internet service. We could not use our devices in all corners of our home. Once we purchased the Netgear wifi range extender our problem was solved. We can even use wifi in the garage and back yard.

Bought this at Best Buy in Aiea. I have a large two story house and my router is downstairs so the farthest area upstairs had a dead spot that couldn't connect. Bought this extender and that did the trick! No more dead spots anywhere now.

My home has some dead zones previously and now they don't due to this new extender. My smart tv and gaming console can work just fine now because the dead zones are gone. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

I prefer power adapters for undisturbed broadband connections but when that's not an option, Netgear makes ideal routers and extenders and the Nighthawk happens to be one of their top notch models. Highly recommended for both quality and price!

Our offices are on a long hallway. The last five offices could not use our office WiFi. The guy at Best Buy said this was his strongest extender. We had it installed, and I can now get WiFi in my office (I'm the last one down the hall).

Purschased this for streaming and wifi in my downstairs. No issues with the setup and my Direct Tv now does run better. Still some buffering here and there but that may just be Direct Tv now. Overall no issues with the device.

Before I purchased this unit I had major problems with weak Wi-Fi signals that constantly change channels on my computer and even though it was more money than I wanted to spend, ever since my purchase I have had no issues whatsoever. Awesome!!

I bought this NETGEAR nighthawk AC1900 dual-band GB mesh capable Wi-Fi range extender and am enjoying using it. It covers very wide range of my place and gives me very strong wifi signal. Just great purchase.

Pretty dec. I bought two and use one for my remote office which I use 40+ hours a week, and the other for my 4k ultra tv/ ps4. Would recommend.

Bought this unit based on a recommendation and brand association. Netgear is known for making great products, however, it had a great amount of difficulty connection to my Netgear router. I replaced the unit after Netgear claims that it might be faulty. The second unit didn't do any better. Had to return it. I believe the result may have turned out different if I have a more upscale modem. This unit might work great with higher end modem/routers. Check carefully before making the purchase.

I was trying to improve my signal to far end of my yard for a ring video spot light. I paired this to my wifi modem running fiber optic 5 and 2.4 hz internet at 100MB speed. I moved the extender to an outlet about 60-70 feet away in a shed. My ring video was originally about 200 ft from my router. Now it is about 150ft . I picked up very little improvement. The box says increases 10000 sq ft which is only about 57 ft. I need something else.

I need a wifi range extender for my house. I had tried a couple of others but none worked. The Best Buy associate recommended the nighthawk and it worked fantastic. I would recommend this product to all who need a range extender.

Love this unit when it works, unfortunately I have to reboot it every month. I take a reboot a month for the speeds it provides. If no reboot than 5 stars

I have a three level house with the main router in the lower level surrounded by furnace and plumbing, not allowing a strong wireless signal to the top level. Installed the Extender on the top level and problems solved. Works great.

Works well for what we needed still have some issues of it dropping at the far reaches of the signal. But it works.

I had Roku 4 and wanted to connect wired connection hence bought this extender. It is working fine and streaming is fine though there is no much difference between wired & wireless streaming because I have Netgear night hawk X10
