    This is a great router for the $89 I paid for it at a pre Black Friday sale at BB. It kicked up the download speed compared to the Xfinity modem I was using and also has telephony connectivity for my land line. The app could be a bit better but overall it was worth it and saves me money from the Xfinity rental fees.
