  • Good coverage, couldn't resolve dropouts

    Coverage was good throughout 2 story house. 5 GHz worked great, but 2.4 GHz channel kept having dropouts (would lose internet connection, happened on all devices connected to it). 4 tries with Netgear support and still no resolution (resets, channel changes, new firmware, etc). Netgear's own community support site revealed many people with same problem and no resolution. Unfortunately no choice but to return it.

    It would not allow me to usea third party VPN. I gave 4 stars because I'm sure it's a decent router but just not for me.
