So far I have had great service from this router. It is a big upgrade from my other router which was too old for my needs. Plus I got it on sale and saved $100. So can't beat that either.

I have the worst Wifi range in my house, but after buying this product. My family and I can now use our mobile devices all through the house and even the garage. It was worth the money.

The router works satisfactorily for our needs. Definitely better than the prior router we had! Still get knocked offline at times, but my guess is that its the cable company!

Should have purchased this long ago. Always issues until I got this and you set it up and forget it! Got it on sale was icing on the cake! If you don’t have it buy it!

Nice large area coverage. Retired my repeater. Left off a star because there is an occasional lost signal (reported by its "Genie" software) and I am unsure of the cause.

I used this to replace my isp router which has bad speed and range. It has very little downtime and I don't need to reset often.

So far (one month into it) the device is performing as advertised. Much less buffering and pixelization. The sale price you had on this item made the deal even sweeter.

I love that it was easy to set up and has a nighthawk app you can download and control all your devices in one app I would definitely tell my family and friends to buy.

2.4 GHz band is working just fine while 5GHz band keeps dropping once 30 minutes. I already contacted the support twice and they're just giving instructions to make some tweaks in basic setting at first contact. Making some more tweaks in advanced setting at second time. But none of them last long. The router works fine for about a few days. And the problem keeps happening again. I found out on the netgear community forum that Netgear has issue in their firmware. You're forced to use almost 2 years old firmware if you want to use without problems. You'll get serious security risks if you want to use 5 GHz band without hassle. I won't buy any netgear products in the future. And I won't recommend anyone to buy too.

This router jumped my bàndwidth from 60-ish mbps to 110+. I can now have 3+ TVs on while kids are on computers and Xbox One going with not lag or hiccups.

I needed a new router to replace my old, slow one. The salesperson in Best Buy gave me lots of good advice on which one would suit my needs.

This router has definitely extended my WiFi signal throughout the house, compared to the cable company router/modem!

I have been using this unit for almost a month . Its been good for now but it got disconnected 2 times. Have to reboot it . Hopefully it won't happen again.

always used Netgear, this one's good, but occasionally drops for about 10 seconds. I think that's my service, though. the app for my phone is great.

It does what it's supposed to do. I live in a 5 bedroom house. I had problems with my previous 2 routers, even with repeaters, but this one works great.

Old wireless router wasn’t doing the trick in my new house. This sends a strong constant signal all over my single-story home. Bought on sale...great value.

Bought this because the signal from my Xfinity router was garbage. This gave off a better signal. I can use Wi-Fi upstairs now. Worth the $89.00 price.

Wifi is ok, but nothing wireless is able to beat ethernet but for my smartphone it does the job and allows me to finally get the 400mbps on wifi 5ghz
