C19 demands on the home internet have tested my family. Family of five, three kids on distance learning, wife watching tv and me working remotely from home, old modem router speeds did not cut it; this thing handled it. We have zero issues now and the range is handled without extenders, love this hawk. Just need Netgear to support the device with their app; currently not full but that’s okay. Web based access is okay.

This unit works great No issues. Works great with Xfinity.

DOCSIS 3.1 simply faster then 3.0. Not sure if this is still available. Great combo package.

We just upgraded to 1000 mbps with our internet provider since we have 4 gamers (xbox) in the house and had plenty of lag issues. After the upgrade, in some areas (wi fi, not direct connect) we were still only getting 20 mbps and had major lag issues. We decided to purchase the NIghthawk and noticed the difference immediately. We haven’t had any lag issues since installing.

You get what you pay for. This router is pricer than others but so far it also works better than the others. Some trouble setting up because you need to access the device functions before calling your internet provider. If you read set up instructions carefully you shouldn't have problems.

For the money the netgear nighthawk is hard to beat. Reliable, fast and easy to setup and use.

I love owning this router/modem, the range is great, I’ve had no issues with connectivity, I have devices on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz also devices wired, have had devices streaming movies and tv shows, while Xbox is online playing games, and people are on their cellphones and all that, no lag no issues, download speeds incredible with gigabit internet. Really happy with my purchase!

i was paying $15 a month renting the old modem/router combo from comcast so i end up buying this, so far all of my nest cameras never went offline every smart device i got in my house connects to my phone so much faster and while playing x box i have no lag, although i only have the 150 mbps internet speed and it work amazing , setup was easy as long as you know what you are doing.

After experiencing out internet service going down multiple times a day for months, we bought this modem and have had very few problems since. I was disheartned, however, to see the same product at Walmart a few weeks later for about $100 less!

An excellent device for the speed and connectivity to put a modern household together including two offices and an advanced theater system. It meets all my gaming criteria and enables my LAN network an optimum speed for in house play. It was extremely easy to set up and get running and took up duties from our previous Netgear router.

One of the best modem/router devices out there. Great speeds and range! Only issue I have is when trying to connect devices it’ll say “password incorrect” but when I type the password the second time, it works. Thankfully it’s just a small issue.

f you enjoy computers and care about the efficiency of you home network, this is a good option. Easy to set up, easy to use. A bit pricier than a lot of the other options though. I think it was worth it, but if you’re an average user, you can probably get something less expensive that will meet your needs.

I bought this unit to increase the wifi range in my home. It was very easy to set it up and replace my existing unit. The app was easy to understand and allowed me to change the name and password to my old one. This allowed device to connect without any changes on them. The wifi now reaches all points in my house and out on the porch.

Absolutely kicks butt. Covers my home well and passed through high speed internet to every wired connection it has. Had a small hiccup when contacting Comcast to set it up but once it was up and running it was great. Used a trade in deal to get 15% off by recycling an old router. Love a good BBY promo

Just installed this. very easy had everything up and running about an hour. the auto features really worked. my speed with older modem was about 18 mbps now is over 65 consistantly. this is much closer to the comcast 100 mbps plan that I am paying for.

Fast and extremely strong signal. We utilize both the standard and 5G bands and have zero performance issues with three people constantly streaming or gaming and two people working from home simultaneously. Would recommend to anyone looking for peak speeds and zero compromises.
