The Netgear-Nighthawk AX2400 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router was simple to set up and register and works just great!

I’ve had this router since Aug 2023, it has required reboots multiple times. This is distressing due to my work from home needs and having so many devices connected to it. Today it will not connect to the intent at all. I’ve rebooted it and even reset it to no avail. I have the Best Buy membership and was completely frustrated at the lack of service this membership offers. I still was asked to pay $100 for a tech to come to my home and repair it. After going around and around about that, I asked why can’t I just exchange it in store. The rep finally agreed that I could that…I asked why this wasn’t offered first verses attempting to get me to pay for a home visit! I will update my review after the in store exchange. Based on my history with this router, I wouldn’t recommend. The app that comes with it is also not reliable. It’s supposed to show all devices connected and rarely does. The speed at times is good but rarely faster than the speed from my stand cable modem.

This router was super easy to install right out of the box. It fixed our wifi problem. I would purchase again.

I bought this for my 700 sq ft apartment. With the small box shaped apartment, I figured this would be a decent router to get full coverage range with zero issue using fiber internet. I dont get the best download speed on it. But it does what I need it to in a decent time frame. Every once in a while the signal can get weak, but its a rare occasion

My internet would constantly drop. Salesman recommended thsi. Best thing i ever bought!!! No more dropping !! Thank you best buy !!!

This is an excellent router. Setup was very easy. I was able to change SSID, passwords and setup a guest network.

Outstanding Router By JMA!! 1 2 3 4 5 I had an older version of a NetGear Router I was very happy with, but it was time for a change to a faster Router! I chose this Router after much research and wanted to stay with NetGear! I am so happy I purchased it. It was an easy install following the online instructions. Keep up the great work NetGear!!!!!
