I’ve had zero issues with this router! Great and worth the money

Works great and the issues I had with my old router.

Once the router is installed it's a good router. The problem I had was getting the router to communicate with the modem. It took several hours and a call to customer support to solve the problem. It's very frustrating that it isn't a simple plug and play. I had to unplug the router and modem for five minutes and then connect them in a certain order for them to finally communicate with each other. After that customer support tried to sell me an extended warranty for customer support.

Old one was failing and with a lot of research I chose this one. Super fast and no lag with multiple devices.

Working well now that I cleared up a problem with help of support. Had to turn of a feature to allow all my devices to access the internet.

This router was easy to install , so far everything works great.

Works as advertised. Setup was straight forward. Has been working for a month or so with no issues so far.

After changing internet providers, my old Google wi-fi extenders were not keeping up with the new Router that was installed. When a service technician was at my house to look at my issue, they recommended the Nighthawk Router. I went online, ordered it and picked it up all within 1 hour. The Nighthawk has solved my issues in this old house!

The router was very difficult to install when you needed the internet to follow the directions on how to install it. We had 2 technicians from our ISP here, and they claimed there were pop-ups galore trying to get us to purchase a warranty for this product. It was not an easy installation, like we had with previous Netgear products. It works great now that we were charged $100 to have our ISP install it for us who had internet access on their phones.

Totally faster than the router provided by my internet provider. Should have bought this a long time ago!
