This is definitely a big step up from what I had before at home and works great. Faster speeds, better security, and nothing freezing up anymore.

Although I think it’s a good product Spectrum doesn’t support it since they can only see what’s happening with their equipment. I have to call NetGear for support each time there is a power surge or other Internet issue. I live in a brick home apparently that’s hard for the router?

Great so far, the WiFi reaches out to the wife’s she shed with no issues. I like how the 5g is faster and you can put the stuff that doesn’t need a lot of speed on the 2g.

This would be five stars, except for some problems setting up NAT for incoming connections. There was an obscure setting that needed to be changed, and the interface was not compatible with Safari (Firefox worked). A few web searches resolved the issues, but it was frustrating for a while.

I was recommend this by my service provider to improve my Wi-Fi coverage and stop the dead zones in my house, and it worked. It saved me money and time!!! Awesome router!

This router meets my needs. Was easy to install and set up. Works great with the 1g fiber and offers a wide reception range. With the app I can manage usage, devices, security and even test speed.

Amazing router makes it easier on the bandwidth when multiple devices are streaming at once. Awesome product

DO NOT BUY, NETGEAR IS RUNNING A SCAM. About 4 months after purchasing, one of my router lights turned orange and I had no internet. I called their customer service and they informed me they knew what was wrong but couldn’t tell me or help me because I was outside of the 90 day free customer support. If I wanted them to tell me how to fix the router I would have to pay for their customer support package. When I mentioned the fact that this seemed a little fishy that this error didn’t happen until after my 90 free days was up the customer service rep didn’t have much to say. I eventually figured out on my own that I had to hard reset the router and run through setup again for the router to accept my internet provider. I now have to do this about once a month! When you purchase a Netgear router this opens the door for the real profit to begin for Netgear in the form of a tech support package. They do not stand behind their product because that would cost them money. DO NOT BUY NETGEAR

ISP blew my old NETGEAR router I bought about 10 years ago. So it was time for a new one. I'm glad that I got this one. It's a great upgrade for us. Extremely easy and quick to set up.

Has worked decent. Better for our Living room area, still does not reach back to the bedroom that used to be a garage. Had to get an extender.

Bought this to help with my gaming system and streaming has been a breeze! Works perfectly as intended!

Always have been a brand I trust. Really like the. Expanding option.

Footprint nearly half that of my prior Netgear. Working well so far. Still unable to log printer in. Recovers well from power surges. Says I have strong signal but issues with streaming TV. Always go for dual band!

So far so good but I had no idea I had to download the nighthawk app and go through the headache of having my modem signal this router in order for it to work. Would have been nice if their customer service told me this during my many phone calls to them.

It has its own app with full control over it, dont really care for the askin me to buy parental control every time i open it i have no use for that

It has a great range both inside and outside. The signal strength is very strong. We are very pleased with it.

I purchased this router so I can save myself money in the end with internet service. Best Buy has the best quality products ever.
