    Crappy router, so full of bloatware, especially that armor crap it makes you activate, i have a lot wifi issues since i got it, sometimes even though im putting the correct passwords on different devices, stlll says incorrect password lol.

    I've had this for 3 months and it keeps shutting off. Was doing well but guess now it's turned to garbage.

    Sorry to say we had to return it. Was off more then On. Went without internet for over a week. We went with a Router Modem combination the next week.

    Doesn't communciate with ISP

    I have tried to get this router working several times. After several times of trying to get it working, I finally called the tech support. 45 minutes on line with tech support and the only answer was it was the problem is from my ISP. Interestingly, my old reliable router has no issue with my ISP! Don't recommend.

    This works great! After xfinity upgraded my service area, I needed a device that would keep up with the new speeds. The app for this device also scans the devices connected to your network to prevent threats. Very easy to use. Installation instructions were also straight forward.

    would not bridge with modem, took several day to get spectrum out to trouble shoot the problem, when i took router back for refund i was past the 14 day return policy, so I'm out of luck and money! I probably not stepping back in store!!!

    The product didn't work. I called out to Spectrum to find my problem because I assumed the the this NEW ROUTER was functioning. Spectrum repair tech checked-out the NEW ROUTER and found it WAS DEFECTIVE when tested with his equipment. I'll never buy NETGEAR products again. I wasted time and travel to buy a piece of junk.

    Junk. Worked great for 3 months. Had to unplug and move it, hasn't worked since despite resetting and trying to update the firmware.

    Garbage device. Worked great for 30 days and then started intermittent failures right in time for it to be unreturnable. DO NOT BUY!

    Had to return because it locked all my wifi device out 3 days after purchase . Was instucted by the Geek Squad something was wrong with the firmware .. my opinion its junk !!!
