After a few weeks of the router going in & out, it finally stayed "out". The exchange (at Best Buy) was easy enough and new router is working just fine.

this is cheaply made, the the main ethernet port was broken out of the box, buy better quality

Worse than my old router. Didn’t help with lagging on my wifi enabled devices…at all.

Router stopped working 2 weeks after return period was over. Net gear has to make the worst routers possible known to man.

Slow disconnects everytime, i have to reset the router constantly

I just moved to a new apartment which has a dedicated fiber hub in the closet. With the apartment comes a COX wifi easy connect router. The router was faulty. And instead of continuing to go back and forth with COX's IT, I decided to buy a new router. I have an old Netgear Nighthawk, but it's around 6 or 7 years old and caps out at 500mps if I remember right. Unlike the bold one the new one was easier to set up because it has an app and a QR code to register it to the app. The old one I had to go to netgearlogin.net and connect through the browser. The app allowed me to set everything up the way I like much quicker. No hassle, no going to YouTube to watch a video. Oh, and it's fast and handles the fiber speeds perfectly.

Returned because it wouldn't boot up. Bought a different model at Best Buy.

I am very happy with my NETGEAR Nighthawk 2400 WiFi 6 Router (RAX30). I have used Netgear as my preferred brand for my routers for many years, and I have never been disappointed. I decided to purchase a new router because I wanted to upgrade. I had my last router for approximately 10 years, and it was still operational, but I wanted a WiFi 6 router. The signal strength and range are better, so I am very pleased. I have been wanting to upgrade. However, I have been extremely hesitant to make a new purchase due to my fear that the set-up would be too time consuming. I definitely want to express my extreme pleasure that the set-up was very efficient, particularly when using the Nighthawk app! I definitely would recommend the NETGEAR Nighthawk 2400 WiFi 6 Router (RAX30) to any purchaser!

I had a Netgear router and it still worked fine, it was just old & slow and hadn't been supported with new firmware in a couple years. I’ve tripled my speeds with RAX30 and am now getting what I’m paying for thru my ISP! The router was super easy to set up with the Nighthawk app and even guided me to set up my old network ID & login. Love all the new features in the app compared to my old router. More customization & security options, among many other features. Combined with my new Netgear modem (CM1200) as well, my connection has never been faster!

Didn't work. Apparently this router was defective? I replaced it with the Google Mesh and it worked great. So I returned the Nighthawk router.

Has lost connection a few times when modem still has internet connection but good overall, more reach and less choppy than router from spectrum

The Knighthawk AX2400 was easy to setup and is connecting well with all my family's devices. The phone app was easy to set up and I can manage the router settings right on my phone. I like that it notifies me who is connected to my device, plus I have the latest security that my old router was lacking. It's another Netgear product that earns a good rating thanks to a good design and solid performance.

The Nighthawk is fast, easy to set up and with 4 available ports, is a good buy for the price.

I bought the Nighthawk to replace an out of date router I owned. My old router couldn’t connect to my Iphone and required you to be hardwired into it to get a strong signal in my little 1200sq ft house. Not the Nighthawk. Set up was a breeze, the app is easy to use, love the ease of parental controls, being able to create a guest password for visitor's and for the first time in years my Apple TV works perfectly, my IPhone hooks up to it perfectly and I have 2 gamers in my house all running off the same signal with no signal drops and no buffering. While the Nighthawk cost more than a lot of other brands out on the market it is worth every penny. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

I love Netgear stuff! Easy to install, works great with really good support. It doubled the coverage of my old router. The best part, according to my husband, is the cool, hip, easy to remember password it came with.

I bought this product because I play PC. I love how easy they made it to open ports through the app. The RGB lighting is so beautiful at night! Great product for the price! Will buy it again, if I ever need to. A happy customer, Andy :)

Install literally took 10 minutes max. Instantly compatible with all my devices and ISP, and good speeds to boot! The nighthawk app is also a lot nicer than my previous one. Great purchase!

Our router died during a recent power outage. I was able to pick up this route at a very reasonable price. It provides fast service for my household of 4 heavy internet users.

First let me start of by saying that I absolutely love this thing! The internet speeds are lightning fast and I don’t drop WiFi signal even in other rooms and outside of the house anymore. I cannot recommend all of Netgear’s products enough! If you want the best then don’t settle for the rest! Go team NETGEAR! You won’t be disappointed!

Great product, recommended by my tech guy. It was on sale, so that was even better. It is so much better than the wi-fi router that we replaced. Just what we needed!
