The router functions well and provides good throughput. The user interface of both the router itself and its mobile app are noticably less polished than that offered by ASUS. The 'built-in' security, which is pushed aggressively by both email and the app is also a paid subscription, rather than the free Trend Micro security offered by ASUS.

Nice router but the features cost money.

The security and family control cost money on top of the unit. Understand the security part but family control is ridiculous to pay for. Other than that, power is good and functions as it should.
