This is really bad because our security system and other smart devices use the 2.4 GHz. Very disappointed. Tech support is difficult to decipher. Even though it is under warranty the app is no use. Had to dig on the website to find a way to request help. They probably want me to ship it. Which is of no use, then we will be out of wifi and my security system would be off line.

The connectivity is terrible, it constantly disconnects if you Enable AX, which enables OFDMA. Once I disabled that, at least it didn't disconnect me. But if I transfer something to the net drive, it slows down to 10MB/sec. It's just a terrible router and I wish I didn't buy Netgear.
