This router changed the game for us. With 5 people working and learning at home, we needed a better solution than to settle for the low power modem from our ISP. Would buy again.

I use my desktop computer on the other side of my house from the Spectrum all in one modem and would only get one bar even with a good Wi-Fi card. So I called and a technician came out and told me I needed to get a Nighthawk router, and that the modem/router they supply would not be as good. So I found a sale on the Nighthawk AX5200 and was amazed as soon as I connected to it. Wow! what a difference. I even save the wi-fi charge off my bill, be sure and cancel that with your cable co. Oh and the security is nice to. If your having the same issue, take the same advice the cable technician gave me and get the Nighthawk AX5200.

Very easy setup, works great. No downtime since it was installed. Had to purchase something quickly right before Thanksgiving and this was on sale.

Great router it gives us great range and stays connected. It also scans our devices to let us know if any of our items are at risk to be hacked.

Excellent router. I get full gig out of the ethernet and about 600megs on wireless. Range is awesome and very easy to set up with the firehawk app

After purchasing this wifi device, almost all of our household electronic are on wifi and we gotten rid of a lot of coaxial cables throughout the house.

Bought it to get wifi 6 and WPA3. Replaced wifi card in my desktop, easy. Less dropouts, incredible range and no buffering. JUST BUY IT.

I purchased this router on Black Friday. I was unable to get it connected to the internet and after spending about 5 hours with tech support and trying everything I could it still did not work. I purchased a second one after returning the defective one and two weeks later the replacement one was set up by me in 3 minutes. Speed check shows nearly 100% of what is offered by Spectrum. Been working without issue so far

This is my first home router from Netgear, and picked this model up because I have a few wifi 6 devices. Having recently tried a TP-Link mesh system , Google nest wifi, and a fairly new Asus router - this router is pretty quick with 25+ devices connected. But...... only Netgear shoves paid subscription security down your throat. So if you opt out, this disables standard features you should be able to control such as child profiles, limits, etc. Only by luck I saw this unit on sale for $150, but now I know why - total lifetime ownership is much more when you get baited into an annual subscription. Additionally you not want your primary router acting as a pseudo firewall, performance would take a hit with the constant traffic being passed to bitdefender for realtime scanning. Alternatively, if you did want security dedicated network security for the home, try firewalla - no subscription fees.
