It is very fast and easy to set up. But it is big and you can not put it vertically because of the antennas.

I purchased this router on Black Friday. I was unable to get it connected to the internet and after spending about 5 hours with tech support and trying everything I could it still did not work. I purchased a second one after returning the defective one and two weeks later the replacement one was set up by me in 3 minutes. Speed check shows nearly 100% of what is offered by Spectrum. Been working without issue so far

Easy to setup and works perfectly with my Verizon fios gigabit service. I was hesitant to go with my own router but the savings over 2 years made sense to me. Saving $15 a month on rental fee. For me, the half price was on point with the Black Friday discount. Had the router for About 2 moths and no connectivity issues. With the extended return for the holidays, I would say is more than enough time to find any issues with it and return.

The reason I looked at this was the super sale price. But, when I started to read, there were a lot of positives, which made me buy it. You set up with a phone app. which seems to be a good one. Grandkids love their Xbox's and tell me they see better reactions and speed. We have Fiber Optics, but with the amount of media we have connected, this is much better than our old Netgear router. All of our TV viewing is also through the Internet. We had a lot of screen freezing and this router seems to have correct these problems. And best of all, ALEXA how did we live without you!

One of the best routers i purchased so far. I live in a apto and i always have issues with wifi signal. Not sure if it is because my walls are concrete or for the fact it is an apartment, we have more wifi signals from other units, and i have tried around 4 routers and they all have the same issue. Weak signal, low speeds and disconnecting issues. So i tried this guy and so far my issues are past. I have strong wifi signal through all my wifi equipments. No more slow speeds.

I purchased this after purchasing a new modem which Cox was requiring me to do so I could get a better rate on my internet service. I chose the Netgear AX5200 Dual-band router as it was on sale for Black Friday & I’ve always found Netgear products to be reliable and easy to use. I was not disappointed! The only thing I noticed this time around from my purchase is that it did not have the usual cords included but that was not a problem as I had cords from so many previous products I’ve purchased to choose from.

may even be overkill, but I like that it’s backwards compatible with certain features while also able to work with the latest. My goal was to eliminate the monthly fee for the not-so-good router from Xfinity and get something new that will work better, and last a lot longer. So far, I’ve noticed nothing but improvements. I’ve been using it for about a month now and have had no issues, and it looks pretty cool as well. I did buy it on sale, not sure I would’ve paid the full price, but yeah. Worth it!

My older NetGear router was experiencing some troubles and I needed another to take its place while I worked on it. This was on a good cyber sale so I purchased it. Having the external antennas seems to be an improvement over my old router. I disabled the 802.11ax as I have nothing that uses it at present, but nice to know a couple of settings changes will establish that functionality if needed in the future. This router does a good job of supporting IPv6 as long as your ISP provides it.

Good range improvement from Tp-Link AC1750

Was hoping this would improve my Wi Fi range. Replaced a Tp-Link Archer C7 or AC1750 with this. Overall gained around 20 feet more Wi Fi range or coverage. Other routers or rang booster/extenders may interfere with the Wi Fi bandwidth. First decided to set this up with the Tp-Link AC1750 on Wireless 2.4ghz bridge. With a 500 Mb ISP, I got just a bit over 300 Mb/s upstairs from where this is downstairs or pretty much 40ft away on a diagonal 45 degree angle with an Intel AC9560 Wi Fi card laptop. Then I decide to take off my Tp-Link wireless bridge. Now I get around 360 Mb/s from the same spot. With my other laptop that has an Intel ax200 Wi Fi card, I get just about 400Mb/s from the same test spot. Test speeds will vary based on how your house structure is. My setup from testing spot to router: router is downstairs, test spot upstairs at a 40-45 degree diagonal distance of 35 feet. From router to test spot= straight up through ceiling, then across 2 more rooms. House size: about 2,700 sq. ft., 4 Bedroom, and 3 Bath. Coverage for my house is a full coverage, even down to the corners of the house. Received product: 11.21.2020 Date of Review: 11.22.2020

We upgraded our service as well as decided to stop using the router provided by our ISP b/c my wife’s work calls were being dropped and various WiFi devices would randomly be dropped from the network. Our new AX5200 is working great for us. It covers our whole house easily (~3,100 sq ft with three levels) and so far no issues with devices being dropped. The management app works well; but doesn’t give you access everything logging in directly to the router does. So far so good; we’re very happy with it.
