Easy setup and works great with their extenders. Can move through the house and not lose connection.

It started off good but gradually got worse. I would have to reset the router because it would loose internet connection and now about a year and a half into it I’m resetting it weekly and sometimes daily. Not good if your away from your house and use it for security cameras when you’re away. It was hit and miss since the beginning on being able to use the app over the internet, I usually had to be on the network or I would get a “can’t see your router error” The app also likes to lose my information so it wants to do the initial setup over and over. You also have to pay a yearly subscription for the parental controls and security features. Not one price either, they are charged separately. I don’t mind paying for services but only if the product works. I’ll give it two stars because when it works it’s nice.

We needed a new router and finding the best option was overwhelming. The reviews on the Netgear Nighthawk AX5200 were positive, which was reassuring. I have been using this product for over a month and have not have any issues. A selling feature involved the nighthawk app, which takes full advantage of these modern routers, and you will never go back. I would highly recommend it!

Easy setup, very fast and connects quickly to any device in our home.

It has worked great for over a month now. The only reason I would say it's a 4.8 is because it has lost connecting a handful of times over night. It just takes a quick reboot, in the morning and it will be running great again. There are a lot of electronics connected to jt in my home and I still get great download speeds. We have multiple people using video streaming services and we can all watch at the same time, with 0 issues.

I bought this to try and boost my range and speed at longer distances than my Nighthawk AC1900 was providing. Unfortunately, it didn't add enough improvement over my existing router to justify the cost of upgrading so I returned it.

Bought when it was on sale for $149.99 Not a single thought of buyers remorse. We have a large household with multiple smart devices and not a single issue with lag or slowdowns. I would highly suggest if you are still using a WIFI 5 router that you upgrade to this, its WORTH IT !!!

Ease of use and performace are good, but item costs too much.

At first it was a bit hard to setup but after disabling the WMM features the router has been solid for me Wi-Fi 6 is very fast over all bands and its very stable. I switched from a triband Linksys and I notice my internet is now more stable. I have had a lot of experience in networking equipment and I find this router simple and easy to use. No more Wi-Fi drop outs. ( I also got it half off and its worth every penny)
