    I've had this router for only 7 months and it keeps losing it's connection to the modem every so often. 4 days ago, it had to be rebooted twice. 3 days ago it had to be rebooted 4 times, 2 days ago it had to be rebooted 6-7 time. Yesterday 8-10 times. Today, I've lost count. All the lights show correct activity. The cable modem has all indicators showing as they should. Yet, both wifi and ethernet connections drop out for no reason. When it works the range and signal strength are excellent. But some internal component has weakened. And Yes, I did a complete factory reset, as well.

    Noticed an improvement when it was swapped with the old router. It was easy to get set up and running. Next will be to replace the modem.

    When I need a router it's Netgear. Always reliable and easy to set-up. This Netgear - Nighthawk AX5300 is awesome. I am currently running 3 computers, two streaming devices, two prinyers and an external hard drive and it is flawless. Would highly recommend.
