Very nice router, not the easiest to use at first but after playing with it you will get the hang of changing thing’s. Armor and bitdefender are also useful.

I have a 10yr old Netgear router that I wanted to replace and add WIFI-6. Received the V2 version of this router and did the usual update to latest firmware. Went about changing over my smart devices on the 2.4 band and found that two devices would not connect. While on the second floor, they are no more than 25ft from the router on the first floor. Old NG had no problem with these. The 5 band was good, higher data rate than my old router; but had more lag. Seemed to do a better job when multiple TVs were streaming. For the price I could not justify keeping a router that had issues on the low band.
Online reviews with test results looked pretty good, but they were all done on V1 hardware, perhaps some conners were cut.
Also the setup was a real pain once the router was put onto the latest firmware. I've had netgears before and probably have an account but didn't want to register and kick off of the additional software until after testing. If you want to access your own router after updating the firmware, then unplug it from the internet. Then you are able to log in and check settings. If it is on-line it will force you into logging into a netgear account. Aweful.

Worst router I’ve ever owned. Needs constant hard reboots to sustain any kind of consistent internet speeds. Very disappointing product from Netgear. When it works, it’s great - but it never works
Breezeline cable internet no issues - Solid device

Using it for over 6 months now - I haven't had any issues.
Solid investment no need for hangs or reboots.
Using it with breezeline cable internet service.
Highly recommended.

Truly a horrible experience!! Set up was terrible, because EVERY chance NETGEAR tries to force you to have an acct & 98% of the time their log in page DOES NOT WORK! Trying to set this up manually requires you to disconnect completely from the internet, which further requires you to have the router close to you & the whole reason I wanted a new router was to move the router further away from my desk!! I'm so completely disappointed in this experience, it was truly horrible. NETGEAR now officially is one of the worst routers out there! Save yourself if you value control over your router & computer devices. So NOW if I want to log into my router, I have to disconnect from internet, put my log in device on airplane mode & hopefully I can log in manually!! I hate companies who try to control every aspect of your devices!! It's ridiculous! I'm requesting a refund!! It seems like ASUS is the only one who still allows FULL CONTROL!! My old Linksys router allowed me full control, but it was time for an upgrade, but at this point I think I will put my old one back!!
