Netgear customer service is terrible, if you don't have a purchase receipt they won't help you troubleshoot your device. For some reason I am not able to login to the router. It keeps giving me "try again later." I purchased the router last year towards the end of the year, I don't have a purchase receipt and customer service won't help me because I cannot prove when I purchased the router.

Got this to upgrade the house, it worked great, except when it suddenly stopped connecting to the internet and I had to do a HARD reset to get it working again
Then a week later another hard reset, then the next day till i just went and replaced it.... then the NEW router didn't even last 1 day
DO NOT BUY!!! Netgear is not as good as it use to be
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Being an asus user since owning routers i dont care fornthe user interfaces of the app the router performed, but i think my older asus out performed it still.
