Randomly Looses Internet Connection

Replaced my R8000P, which I never had connection problems with the RAX120 about three weeks ago and at least once a day I loose internet connection randomly. Customer service is useless trying to blame my electric outlet and surge protector even though my previous Netgear router was connected to the same outlet and never did this. It is a known problem..Google it but Netgear doesn't have a fix

Horrible, don't waste your money.

You have to wait for support to call you with a qualified person, they can't solve their issues. The speeds are horrible, this router is beta. Save you money, stick with your router until Netgear can get its act together. Slow, drops signal, just a big disappointment.

Poor product

I set my old router up in about 20 minutes. This one took longer and does not work. It constantly reboots and drops internet connection. The internet is full of the same issue. I wasted hours on this item. It is being returned. Yes..firmware was updated. So frustrated, I will never buy another Netgear product. For the salesperson that talked me into Netgear over Asus, I am borderline dropping Bestbuy as one of the few retailers I visit. Good job.
