I was replacing an older modem with the CAX80. From the start, the set-up was very easy with the step-by-step instructions. Once it was up and running, my speed jumped 6 folds! very impressed with this router combo!

I got this modem to replace my internet company's modem and to see if it fixed the issues I was having, AND IT DID!!! Now I am getting a consistent 950-1gig speeds that I should've had all along

I'm very pleased with this purchase. The Nighthawk AX6000 substantially increased the range and signal strength over my previous router, was simple to set up and provides a useful online monitoring app.

I do love this router, but set-up of this one as a replacement of the exact same model (that died at just a year into its life) was a little tricky. I basically had to reinstall the nighthawk app to get everything working properly. There should be a way to simply “add a new router” option like Xfinity has. (The Xfinity part was a breeze.) When I installed the original one a year ago, it was actually an easier process because I was switching brands and starting from scratch. I recommend the protection plan on these. It saved me today because $499 is a big price to pay for a replacement otherwise.

I got really really tired of cox’s panoramic WiFi box so I went to Best Buy, picked up this router modem combo and hooked it up. The whole process was easy and jeez, The WiFi game changed for me. No more lagging, no more random internet outages and my internet download and upload speed is way faster than I’ve ever had it.

I'm very pleased with the router, and set up for basic use was easy, but the help/online instructions for setting up VPN are out of date. I would consider myself "moderately" knowledgeable with admin functions but they really need to publish up to date steps for what needs to be done prior to flipping the switch in the admin menu.

Great WiFi router and great range in my apartment. Easy to setup and use than the Xfinity rental router

This thing is amazing. The Wifi speed was well above my expectations. I used the network ports on the back for my PC setup and found no issues with speed there. Very reliable. And the app is pretty cool too.

I like my NETGEAR Nighthawk AX6000 WIFi 6 Router with DOCIS 3.1 Cable Modem. It gives me quicker service on my computer.

This DOCIIS 3.1 modem / router wifi 6 provides much improvement over DOCIIS 3.0. I implement my mesh wifi 6 routers with this Netgear modem with the result of fast and seamless coverage throughout my two story house. Unfortunately it is higher cost.

This is everything as described in the description, plus more! I originally bought a Arris SB8200 along with a NETGEAR CAX80, but was beyond disappointed in the Arris modem. Besides multiple disconnects at random times, the Arris support diagnosed and told me that there wasn’t anything wrong with the modem. Xfinity runs test and said signal is fine. So after two days of lost work, I returned and bought the Nighthawk. I should have went this route to begin with, but sure am glad I didn’t accept the mediocre results from the previous setup. The return process at Best Buy was painless and simple. Setup of the Nighthawk was streamless and all speed tests are steadily around 1100gbps. Definitely worth the premium price!

Streams to 5 TV's on three different floors plus an Alexa Echo Dot and home computer. All working fine.

Bare none, best cable modem/router I have ever owned. While my internet provider did provide a wifi modem, it just didn't do the trick. This modem however has the fasted wifi I have EVER had.... Using my computer, xbox, and Quest 3 all at the same time... with NO lag!! 10 out of 10 for me!

Added over 100 mb/s to my download speed. Excellent range too. Easy to setup and install. With 12 devices need all the performance I can get.

Beast of a modem! The cable modem feature set is where I find the most value. This is great for smaller to medium size spaces, due to having a dual band versus tri band radio.The mesh wi-fi add-on will cost ya another $250.

I get very good wifi with this product and I would let others know about this product.
