Easy to install. Works way better than my older router. The range is perfect.

Kids getting older more devices connecting it was time to replace my older modem router with new and upgrade. I like the simplicity of having an all in one modem router but the ability to still configure and monitor for security. This modem enhanced the overall distance of connection and has maintained wifi without drops. No iss so far! Easy to set up essentially plug and play

I am very disappointed with this product. We have always been able to afford entry level to mid tier equipment and have had a decent experience with modems and routers in the past. We were finally in a position to get a high tier product with the price tag to match and it has been the biggest piece of crap we have had. Worked fine for about 6 months. Shortly after started noticing the internet drop randomly. I kept thinking it was the service provider but we would confirm they had no outage or any issues on their end. After lots of time spent diagnosing we have come to the conclusion that it’s this modem/router combo that we paid an arm and a leg for and has failed to deliver on any of its claims. It can barely reach the other side of the house with its band width. Haven’t gotten speeds it claimed since we bought it new. And now we constantly have to reset the darn thing. Such a piece of crap and designed perfectly to fail just outside the window of warranty. Don’t let the high reviews trick you like they did us. For something that costs this much you should not have this many duds that are being sold. Absolutely unacceptable. Won’t be buying any more of these products in the future.

Bought this to replace an arris modem router combo, and the difference is night and day! Better range and faster speeds due to wifi 6 technology.

Good but could be better. Had some connectivity issues. Customer service wasn't the best help. Still issues from time to time but I learn to live with it

Very simple and quick to setup, so far it has been working so good, initially it got deactivated 3 times but it was from my provider, nothing related to this device. I like the fact that you can setup the guest network which is also good to connect IoT devices. My apartment is not that big so won't be able to tell about signal strength in big spaces.

This is by far the best router/modem combo I’ve had in a while. I’m a huge gamer so I like investing in my hobbies. It may not be cheap but it’s worth the price. Just alone it’s double the speed of my previous router and it’s a powerhouse with Cox gigablast. The design is also so sleek and nice looking. It reaches to all of my rooms no problem and I have 5 devices including 3 Xbox’s and it doesn’t affect the signal one bit!!!!

Have purchased several router with the so called 2.5 gig ports. In every case was capped at 937 megs. Bought this one and connected to the 2.5 gig fort and get 1430 megs down 41 up on xfinity. Not sure about reliability yet, but have been gaming PUBG and its perfect. Looks like I'm around 600 megs on wifi. Over all this modem router is a beast. If you have a gig plan this is the one you want. It's expensive, but cheaper than the router I purchased that doesn't give you all your speed.
